Special Notice

I have had to cancel this week's column, as we here at The Perimeter are busy covering the ongoing chess match between world chess champion Gary Kasparov and his dishwasher. No, just kidding. Of course, I meant IBM's SuperDuper Chess Compuper, Deep Blue.

We will be presenting full coverage of this monumentous occasion when the match concludes. At this moment, after several days of play, they are still in game one, on move 12. Mr. Kasparov has been carefully planning his next move since Sunday afternoon.

Personally, if I were him, I'd move the little horsey guy.

Stay tuned!
