This being is wanted in connection with the first degree murder of thousands of people in the city of Sodom, tens of thousands of Egyptians during the Exodus, and hundreds of thousands during the Great Flood; and for the criminally negligent homicide of more than five billion people; and for other crimes against humanity.

On or about 3000 BC, the suspect began a campaign of terror and intimidation against those who would not bend to his rule. This included acts of chemical and biological warfare (e.g., poisoning of wells and plagues), the destruction of major waterways (e.g., the Red Sea), the direct manipulation of the elements resulting in floods during which thousands drowned and famines during which millions have starved to death.

The equally serious charges of negligent homicide of billions of people stem from three separate acts:

• His faulty and criminally negligent design of nature in general, whereby the survival of each individual being requires the killing of hundreds or thousands of other individual beings.
• The intentional inclusion of a product defect in the design and fabrication of all living beings, whereby, after a relatively brief interval of existence, each and every one dies, often horribly, either by accident, as the result of a conscious or unconscious act of another (frequently the suspect himself), by the often-disfiguring and crippling effects of disease, or by the always-disfiguring and crippling effects of old age.
• His criminally negligent failure to intervene to prevent the injuries and deaths of billions of people, despite the fact of his awareness (via omnipresence and omniscience) and ability (via omnipotence) to do so.

Whereabouts
The last confirmed sighting of the suspect was nearly five thousand years ago on Mt Sinai. However, the suspect is known to be a master of disguise, appearing to one witness as a burning bush, and to others in their dreams.

Associates
The suspect is the ringleader of a vast crime syndicate known among its members and clients as "Heaven". The syndicate is headed by three key figures:

• The suspect himself. In his capacity as head of the organization, or "Capo de capo", he is often referred to as "Godfather" or, more simply, "The Father".
• The suspect's son and chief henchman, Emanuel Ben Josef, aka Jesus, aka "The Son".



• The syndicate's Consiglieri, known cryptically as "The Holy Ghost" because he is rarely seen, but is nevertheless effective and feared within the organization.

The syndicate's key lieutenants are all members of the Angel Family. They include:

• Michael, known and feared for his strength and aggressive behavior, he is considered to be The Father's favorite among equals.
• Gabriel, a close associate of Michael and nearly as fierce, he intimidates his victims with the threat of death by deafening. As a hobby he sometimes plays trumpet in Sandalphon's rock band.
• Azrael, also known as the "Angel of Death", serves as The Father's chief enforcer.
• Raphael, also known as "The Doctor", whose training in medicine has been instrumental in placing him atop the organization's drug machine.
• Raziel, whose wiliness and secretiveness make him one of the least trusted of the brothers. He is thought to aspire to the position of Consiglieri.
• Metatron, supremely ambitious, he has been overheard referring to his position in the organization as "next to the throne". He is also a known pedophile.
• Sandalphon, thought to be the least influential of the brothers, and known as a playboy, he has his own rock group through which hundreds of millions of dollars are laundered annually.
• Uriel is usually found at The Father's side, and serves as a gatekeeper for those seeking an audience with The Father. Although his personal territory is not among the largest, his unique position has made him one of the most influential of the brothers.
• Jophiel is a known homosexual. His penchant for things beautiful has led him to assume leadership of the syndicate's prostitution and pornography businesses.
• Ariel (no photo available), aka "The Lion", is reputed to own a number of dangerous wild animals, which he is thought to use in the ultimate "disposition" of his enemies.
• Lucifer, aka "The Devil". Formerly the most powerful of the brothers, and a known arsonist, some think he was ousted in a bloody coup several thousand years ago. Yet many of the recent crimes believed to be the work of The Father's organization bear Lucifer's stamp.

Although much less powerful than any of the Angel family, Jiving Johnny Paul, aka "The Pope", and his underlings exercise considerable influence over Heaven's cult followers, i.e., the millions of people who The Father controls through a combination of intimidation (e.g., threats of being burned in hell), bribery (e.g., the promise of eternal afterlife in Heaven), and brainwashing (e.g., forced pseudo-cannibalistic acts). The Pope's predecessors and their underlings are known to have killed and tortured thousands during the Inquisition, and to have promoted the killing of millions through conflicts, known as "holy wars", with rival gangs.
